Form Transporter Utilities
The Form Transporter Utilities setup table is used to load the transporter forms, build forms that are not built, and change settings that control the behavior of the transportation process.
Navigation: Main Menu > Manage GT eForms 3.x > GT Technical Setup > Form Transporter Utilities
Form Utilities Tab
Field | Use |
---|---|
Form Type | Displays the form type in the Transporter form family |
Rebuild Form Object button | Button will rebuild the form and all the form objects. This should only be when: 1. Under the direction of GT Customer Support. 2. A form needs to be built since the Transporter Setup option of Don’t Build On Import was marked to yes. |
Form Type
- G3COMPLETE – The form that completes the Transporter process
- G3EXPORT – The form that controls the export of the form
- G3IMPORT – The form that controls the import of the form into the target environment
Form Transporter Deployment Tab
Field | Use |

Deploy Form Transporter | This button should only be used during the installation and upgrade of the framework. Any other use of this button should be under the direction of GT Customer Support. |
Transporter Setup Tab
Field | Use |
---|---|
Load Parts on Import | When checked to yes, the transporter will run the “Load Custom Parts” process after importing a form. The process will need to be run manually if needed. |
Build SmartSources and GS Records/Fields on Import | If there is an issue importing an eForm, this option will disable generating the form SmartSources and GS Records/Fields. Users can then reimport the form and use the Data Management page to generate the objects with better logging. This checkbox affects both Helium and Standard forms. |
Autofill Missing Fields | When checked to yes, any fields that are missing will be filled in with a blank value. |
Use Process Scheduler | When checked to yes, will use the process scheduler |
Save | Saves preferences made on the Transporter Setup tab. |
