GT eForms WorkCenter
The GT eForms WorkCenter is where existing form types can be initiated, evaluated, updated, and viewed. These different form actions are grouped under the form type’s form family. In the example below, “Bonus” is the form family and “Award” is the form type. Different form types can appear for the add action, but each family grouping only has one evaluate, view, and update.

Using the WorkCenter
eForms Tab

| Family Heading | One family grouping will display for each defined form family. |
| Add Link | One add action link will display for each form type and condition where the link is checked. |
| Update Link | One update action link will display per family grouping. |
| View Link | One view action link will display per family grouping. |
| Evaluate Link | One evaluate action link will display per family grouping. |
Reports Tab

| My eForms | Shows all forms originated by the current user. The report can be filtered by form status, form type or key field search. |
| Filters – Form Types | Use to select which form types you would like to see in eForm Details |
| Filters – Form Status | Use to select which form status types you would like to see in eForm Details |
| Filters – Form Key Contains | Use to specify a form key value to limit the form you would like to see in eForm Details |
| eForm Counts | Shows a count of forms based on criteria selected in the Filters tab |
| eForm Details | Shows details for all forms created based on criteria selected in the Filters tab |
| eForm Details – Update | Link opens form in UPDATE task |
| eForm Details – View | Link opens form in VIEW task |
