The Form Family Table is a setup table that holds form family definitions. Form types that have similar traits and attributes can be grouped under the same family definitions. In this way, they can share a Home Page structure, search lookups, edit and business rules, setup tables, and more.

1 | Form Family | The Form Family name. Display only, as determined during the add process. |
2 | Deploy (link) | When clicked, link launches the Deployment Tool in a new tab which is used to generate either a WorkCenter or Homepage. |
3 | Family Description | Long description – It has a max field length of 100, and should be alphanumeric. |
4 | Short Description | Short description – It has a max field length of 10, and should be alphanumeric. |
5 | Family Application Package | Enter application package name to use as defined visual ifs, PeopleCode Smart Sources, hooks at the Family level to be able to reuse it across the family. |
6 | Landing Page | Rich text editor box to allow for landing page instructions. |
