Attachment Population Utility

This utility syncs up the G3FORM_ATTACH table with file attachment information from each eForm transaction. It can also be used to delete duplicate attachments from eForms.

Navigation: Manage GT eForms 3.x > GT Utilities > Attachment Population Utility

Action 1 – All Form Types

Choosing “1- All Form Types” will search through all eForm transactions.

For access to the details and logs, check “Use process scheduler” checkbox before clicking Run.

If you don’t want to view details or logs, click Run. It will then display a message that says the process is completed.

Action 2 – One Form Type

Choosing “2. One Form Type” will allow you to sync eForms transactions for a specific Form Type.

Select the Form Type you wish to use. Again, for access to the details and logs, check “Use process scheduler” checkbox before clicking Run. If you don’t want to view details or logs, click Run. It will then pop open a message that says the process is completed.

Action 3 – Duplicates

Choosing “3. Duplicates” will search for duplicate attachments in all Forms and delete them.
