GT Environment Tools
GT Environment Tools can be used as a last resort to reboot the App Server and force portal change refreshes.

Using GT Environment Tools
| Field | Value/Use |

| Reboot App Server | Reboots the App Server. |
| Purge App Server Cache | Clears all cached App Server data. |
| Bounce PUBSUB Processes | It restarts the service that processes IB requests. |
| Bounce DBGSRV Process | It restarts the debug server. |
| Make Portal Change Show | If changes have been made to the portal that are not currently showing, the user can click this button to force a refresh. |
| Appserv Writeable Location | Location of where the changes will take effect. |
