Form Builder Utility
The Form Builder Utility allows you to build multiple form types at the same time from a simple menu and uses the Process Scheduler to complete the form builds. Note, this tool only works with form types where “Use Helium Performance” is checked on the General tab of Form Setup.
This tool is intended to be used by individuals that are familiar with PeopleSoft’s Process Scheduler. It is only accessible to users with G3FORMTECH permission list, and some items may require additional PeopleSoft security. Please refer to PeopleBooks, if needed.

Search
A user may either select an existing Run Control ID from a previous build by selecting ‘Find an Existing Value’ or start a new process by selecting ‘Add a New Value.’
Find an Existing Value

Add a New Value
| Field | Value/Use |

| Run Control ID | Create an ID with numbers and/or letters, but no spaces. You will use this to find the action in future searches. |
| Add (button) | Creates a process with the defined Run Control ID and open the form builder page. |
Mass Form Builder
This page is where you define the parameters of your form build. This page includes a list of all form types that use Helium Performance in the current environment.
The basics of using this page include checking the “Build” field all desired form types to mass build, like clicking Run to start the build for all forms via the Process Scheduler. You may save the settings for the Run Control ID, if desired.
